Family Health is hiring a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for maintaining financial procedures and confirming financial compliance through reports and statements. This position will prepare enter accounts payable invoices, reconcile bank accounts and loans, prepare and file tax returns, prepare month-end journal entries, inspect books for efficiency and accuracy, update monthly reports, as well as assist in seasonal projects (i.e. grant reports, insurance reports, audits, budgets, etc.). An associate degree in accounting is required, however a bachelor's degree is preferred. Job experience in the medical field and an intermediate skill is excel is preferred. This position needs to be able to foster productive and cohesive inter-office work relationships.
Full-time/Monday-Friday/40 hours (Monday-Friday, plus Saturday rotation)
Quality Assurance Nurse is responsible for performing tasks to facilitate the day-to-day clinical activities of providing patient care by effectively interacting with patients, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professionalism and individual scope of practice. Knowledge of quality measures, reporting, and workflow to enhance Family Health quality program. This position would require time shared between working as a floor nurse and for the quality team.

Family Health Eyecare is seeking an Optometric technician to be part of our team. Our office is a fast paced office, busy office, seeing patients daily one-on-one.
Duties, but not limited to: Responsible for confirming chief complaint, current medications, patient’s medical history, take vitals (BP, HR), take visual acuities, special eye screening test (auto-refractor, Optomap, etc), color vision, and depth perception. They will work closely with the doctors as well. Applicants must be a team player , have general knowledge of medical terms, works well with patients, proficient with technology . We will teach specialized testing- no prior experience required.
Family Health is seeking a Community Health Worker (CHW) who will be responsible for working with Family Health’s staff, and other HCSI (Healing Community Studies Initiative) organizations, in helping clients and their families, who are struggling with OUD (Opioid Use Disorder) navigate community services, obtain resources, and adopt healthy behaviors. Their primary responsibilities will include promoting, maintaining, and improving the health of OUD clients and their families through social support, referral, informal education/counseling, and advocacy at the individual and community level. Community outreach, such as home visits and collaboration with community agencies will be required. This position may require irregular hours.
